Listening to the radio, it was a Beijing opera theme hotel. I chose this hotel specially. As a result, I didn't enjoy my stay. The imperial capital has long been known for its poor service, and the result is really bad! It was normal to stay in the room on the first day. When we went out the next day, the bathroom was like a water curtain hole. It rained heavily indoors - the ceiling was leaking, and we kept leaking after we came back. I called the front desk to explain the situation. I waited for ten minutes before an aunt in charge of room hygiene came to see me. Aunt's attitude is very good. This is commendable. I told her I had to return the room. She called me. The front desk was not willing. When I went down to the front desk to go through the formalities, the receptionist at the front desk seemed to have no idea. He slowly told me to see if there was a room available first. Obviously, there are many rooms, because they change to the next room. I told her I wanted to find someone from the engineering department to have a look, and she, uh huh. There were no greetings, no apologies and no analysis in the whole process. No one apologized and explained to me when I checked out. This attitude is the first time I met in this hotel in DIDU! The hotel itself is relatively old. It is estimated that the wallpaper of the room has been pasted again in recent years, but the carpet on the ground is relatively black. The ventilation in the public corridor is very poor. You can smell the smell of wine and vomit in the restaurant on the same floor every time you walk. The Peking opera performance is wonderful, but this Peking opera theme hotel is not reflected much except hanging a few paintings in the corridor and a theater.

It's a very good hotel. I also took my children to watch our quintessence of Chinese culture - Beijing opera. The front desk reception is warm and considerate, the hotel location is convenient, the buffet breakfast is rich in varieties, the surrounding snack bar bakery transportation is very convenient, although the hardware facilities are not as good as the current fashion hotel, but also warm and comfortable. All five. We will consider staying in the future!

It is very close to Metro Line 7 and the bus is also convenient. The surrounding environment is very quiet. It takes about half an hour to walk through small hutongs to Tiananmen. There are buses from the overpass and the temple of heaven. There are many places to eat in an hour or so. Generally speaking, it is suitable for parents and children to travel freely.

The hotel is 1.9 km from Qianmen. The hotel is 600 meters away from Metro Line 7, with convenient transportation. The plane was 4 hours late. After contacting the front desk of the hotel in advance, the front desk still kept the room until 2 a.m. when the hotel was full. During the stay in the hotel, I felt that the customer service and the front desk service were very good, especially the front desk sister Jia, like one? The tickets of Liyuan Theater on the first floor of the hotel let us feel the charm of Beijing opera by watching the wonderful performances of Beijing Opera Troupe free of charge! I'll come again next time!

The location is not very convenient. I hope it will be better after the opening of line 7. It's easy to get a car. There's also a lot of food in the nearby LACHU Hutong, which is suitable for late night. The facilities seem a little old, but it's OK to use. The service doesn't matter. It's a little bad. I ordered a standard room, and then wanted to change to a big bed room and call the front desk, The front desk said to call back after a while, but they didn't return. They finally got together. It's very clean

The hotel has a strong Peking opera culture and has its own Liyuan Theater. There are performances every night. As long as you stay, you will be given a performance ticket and a soft drink. The hotel is an old hotel with relatively old facilities and small rooms, but it is quite clean and the sound insulation is a little poor. The transportation of the hotel is quite convenient. The subway station can be reached in 7 or 8 minutes.

    ▎In sintesi
